2023 marks the first year of the BridgeLane Women’s Team, expanding from just a men’s team through the support of a successful crowdfunding campaign. Emily won the opening stage of the 2022 Santos Festival of Cycling, also taking out the young rider’s classification. Mia Hayden came 2^nd to Emily Watts in the Young Riders Classification at the 2022 Santos Festival of Cycling.
